Conditions of sale
1. Order
In placing an online order at www.ugopellecchia.it the customer declares having read the terms and conditions of sale as stipulated during the purchasing procedure and to accepting the conditions of payment as set out in the conditions of sale.
2. Delivery
The purchased items will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. It is important that the complete address and a telephone number of receiver should be supplied. The company accepts no liability for late or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address on the order form. So that our delivery service is as efficient as possible, we encourage our clients to fill out the order form with due care and precision. Should the recipient be unable to receive the goods, the company will leave a delivery notice and will attempt to contact them by phone or leave the goods in the hands of a suitable third party, e.g. a neighbour or a door porter.
If delivery to or notification of the recipient is impossible, the company will be responsible for informing the purchaser as soon as possible.
3. Prices
Prices of certain flowers are subject to variation according to season. The price of each floral composition will be established according to the set price at time of order.
4. Availability
Because flowers are a seasonal product the company cannot guarantee the availability of every variety as advertised, especially in the case of fast track orders. This factor does guarantee that the final composition will always be fresh, using the highest quality product available at the time.
5.Payment
Ugo Pellecchia accepts payment via Paypal and Credit card.
6. Guarantee
Ugo Pellecchia guarantees that each order is professionally carried out and to the highest standards of expertise.
The company undertakes to supply:
- Quality and absolute freshness of product
- Delivery of goods as agreed at time of order, except in case of receiver absence only. ( see Delivery)
- The delivery of the ordered goods as agreed within the limits of availability. ( see availability of varieties)
- The price as published on the website.

7. Cancellation of order/ Rights of cancellation.
An order for a floral composition may be cancelled up to five working days prior to the desired date of delivery by simply indicating the order number.
Any cancellation outside this time limit can only be processed in exceptional circumstances and reimbursement of the value of the order cannot be guaranteed.

8. Right of annulment
Art. 55 of the Consumer Code declares that the purchaser cannot exercise the rights of annulment as prescribed by article 64 and those articles following of the Consumer Code, as the object of the contract consists of bespoke and perishable goods.
