Privacy and Use of personal information
In processing the customer’s order, Ugo Pellecchia – here described as the company- undertakes to respect all legal norms and directives according to the Privacy law 196/2003 regarding use of personal data.
In no instance will personal information be divulged to third parties.
The information supplied is necessary to process an order and complete delivery according to customer requirements.
Personal data may be used where necessary to contact the final recipient of the goods.
Personal data will not be used to transmit emails or information from, or regarding, the company.
The data supplied is saved to the system memory with the sole aim of concluding the contract of sale.
Credit card details are NOT managed by the company but exclusively by the server of the credit service charged with undertaking the financial transaction on behalf of the company. The credit service is charged solely on behalf of the company with aforementioned service and is not authorized to divulge data to third parties.
The credit service will undertake the transaction to the company bank account without supplying any aforementioned data.
